Q What is your terms of payment ?

A T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q What is your terms of packing ?

Generally, we pack our batteries in carton. Also we can do blister card packaging and other customized packaging as client's requests.
Q What is your delivery time ?

A 15-20working days after received the 30% deposit payment.
Q What’s the shipping methods?

A By sea, by air, by train, by courier.
Q Is it the battery belongs to dangerous goods?

A No, it is non-dangerous goods, we have IEC62133 & MSDS & UN38.3 documents for identification.
Q Can you send some samples if possible?

A Yes, please send us the address and we will arrange samples to you for quality test before mass production.
Q What is the MOQ?

If our company brand (Liyuan), 5K pieces.

If OEM or ODM, 10K pieces.
Q Do you offer OEM or ODM Service?

A Of course, we provide OEM and ODM service.
